Responsibilities
- Be willing to learn the big picture of job site management
- Carry out both administrative and in-field tasks as needed
- Learn new construction skills as needed
- Assist carpenters, crew leaders, and supervisors with daily job site tasks
- Load, unload, carry, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Help with remodeling, framing, demolition, repairs, punch-out work, and general construction tasks
- Follow directions and work safely around tools, equipment, ladders, and other trades
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical work
Standout Qualifications
- Previous job site Experience
- Previous Leadership Experience
- General knowledge of construction tools, methods, materials, and equipment
- Knowledge of business, sales, marketing, or management
- Post-Secondary Education
